Job Overview
    • As the Customer Relationship Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring that all caller have a positive, memorable experience at our center. You will handle customer inquiries, coordinate special events, and manage party bookings, ensuring every event is smooth and seamless. This role requires a detail-oriented, enthusiastic individual who is passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences.
Job Responsibilities
      • Customer Experience Management: Act as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries, feedback, and issues, ensuring a prompt and positive response to foster customer loyalty.

        · Event & Party Coordination: Manage all aspects of party and event bookings, including planning, setup, guest communication, and post-event follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.

        · Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with guests, creating a welcoming and engaging environment that encourages repeat visits and referrals.

        · Staff Coordination: Work closely with the operations and floor teams to ensure adequate staffing, setup, and readiness for events, and support with staff training on customer service standards.

        · Sales & Revenue Generation: Drive event and party bookings by actively engaging potential clients, presenting attractive packages, upselling additional services, and working with marketing to promote offerings.

        · Complaint Resolution: Handle customer complaints or issues effectively, working with the center team to find swift and satisfactory resolutions.

        · Record Keeping & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of bookings, customer feedback, and event outcomes, providing regular updates and insights to management

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in customer relationship management, event planning, or guest services, ideally within the hospitality, retail, or entertainment sectors.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively (English and Hindi) with customers and team members alike.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple events and bookings simultaneously.
  • Sales-oriented mindset with a passion for driving bookings and promoting customer loyalty.
  • Problem-solving abilities with a focus on finding solutions that enhance the guest experience.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak times as required.

Additional Requirements
  • Age 24 to 38 years

  • 2 years+ of experience 
  • Analyze keywords and SEO techniques used by competitors, develop and implement Content strategies, Google Adsense, Adwords, and Analytics.
  • Audience targeting, analyzing, planning and using SEO and SEM, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, keyword research, content marketing, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Adsense, Youtube Marketing, Blogging, Inbound Marketing, Outbound Marketing, etc.
  • Knowledge of Server/cPanel/Hosting
  • API Integration like Youtube, Facebook, Google, SMS, and Payment Gateway.
  • Leadership – Intermediate leadership skills with the ability to help create a safe environment for others to learn and grow as engineers and a proven track record of self-motivation in identifying opp.
