Job description
- We are seeking a highly organized, resourceful, and proactive Customer Success Assistant to support senior leadership while ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will manage executive tasks, coordinate projects, and oversee operational processes across various departments to streamline workflows and enhance business performance.
Job Responsibilities
1) Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team, including calendar management, email screening, and travel arrangements.
2) Prepare and manage executive communications, including reports, presentations, and meeting agendas.
3) Serve as a liaison between senior leadership and other departments, clients, and external partners.
4) Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring all logistics are in place.
5) Assist in the preparation of confidential documents and maintain high levels of discretion.
6) Monitor and prioritize incoming tasks, ensuring critical deadlines are met.
7) Handle daily administrative tasks such as expense reporting, filing, and correspondence.
8) Oversee the company’s day-to-day operations and ensure processes run smoothly and efficiently.
9) Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies and procedures to optimize productivity and performance.
10) Collaborate with department heads to identify inefficiencies and suggest process improvements.
11) Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relations to maintain operational continuity.
12) Coordinate with HR to assist with onboarding new employees and managing internal communication.
13) Track operational performance and generate reports on key metrics, ensuring goals are met.
14) Manage special projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science Engineering, Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) in CSE, Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Commerce, etc.

- Freshers / 2 years+ of experience
- Analyze keywords and SEO techniques used by competitors, develop and implement Content strategies, Google Adsense, Adwords, and Analytics.
- Audience targeting, analyzing, planning and using SEO and SEM, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, keyword research, content marketing, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Adsense, Youtube Marketing, Blogging, Inbound Marketing, Outbound Marketing, etc.
- Knowledge of Server/cPanel/Hosting
- API Integration like Youtube, Facebook, Google, SMS, and Payment Gateway.
- Leadership – Intermediate leadership skills with the ability to help create a safe environment for others to learn and grow as engineers and a proven track record of self-motivation in identifying opp.
